Technical NotesJavaScript should be activated (under Tools > Internet Options > Internet > Security) for simple navigation. The Adobe Acrobat Reader should be installed on your computer. If the PDF documents do not display correctly in your browser window, save the document to your hard drive and then open it with a PDF display program such as "Adobe Acrobat Reader." You can start downloading the PDF documents by clicking with the right mouse button and selecting the desired command (e.g., "Save as …") from the context menu.
